I was at Dixie yesterday and their brand-spankin new scoreboard is up and should be operational Friday, according to Mike and Krista Kern. It is a 5 position scoreboard located very high atop turn 3.
Krista said that the timer may not work for qualifying but they should have the rest running tomorrow.

Good for them score boards are great for the longer races or when there is lapped traffic it's nice to hear about a track making improvements
they are always improving the track facility,hope it shows laps too?

I have been traveling all year and went to FLAT ROCK last week and paid $20 for superlate model 150 lapper with normal show also,,,, WELL DIXIE $20 For 100 lap super and Full AUTO VALUE SPRINT and lower classes.... So you do the math?
His weekly shows for normal price , put 3 classes of cars on the big track with full fields, and the crowds are great everytime.....so isnt that what a promoter of the year is....
It is teh best track in Michigan,, the lighting is fantastic, cant wait to see the ASA guys there!

Ya .. Mike and krista are the class of this area! The infield is like lawn. The safety team is first class.
