Like all businesses, changes and decisions need to be made everyday in order to survive, especially in today’s world and economy. That's what I am doing at Owosso Speedway. The cost of every commodity that we spend our money on fluctuates based on economics.
For those of you who love to race at the Big O and participate every night, you can see he fan attendance and car count, it's down. But that's OK, because with minor necessary adjustments, I can keep it alive and rolling for the remainder of 2007. This is being done for the few who do call Owosso Speedway there home track, and want to be there on Saturday night. Not for the financial benefit of Bighause, Inc.
Dillon and I want to go racing at Owosso Saturday. It's our home tract and we are willing to accept the payout the track can offer. So I invite all those who want to have fun on the track or off to join us.
For those who want to complain, be judgmental about how everything should be ran, or think I am being unfair, or have been unreasonable, there are other tracks around, you might want to take yourself and your type too.
Thank you to all of you who understand and support me. I'll see you at the track Saturday. I'm going to the front !!

With a track that is in this condition, any employee or person involved with the track that would say that to any person that has raced at the track would be immediately FIRED.
You need all you can get, so if you tell the drivers you are cutting their pay next week and do it that night, you HUMBLE yourself and somehow make it right in anyway you can. Not tell them too bad go somewhere else.

Does anyone know if the pay is cut for the final Super race at the end of the month?
If so can someone post what the purse will be and if it would still be required to buy tires for the event.
