Are You Ready For Some Truck Racing?

And the First Ever East-West Shootout!

August 25th is the final night of our Championship racing season with 3 more non-points events following in September.

On the night of the 25th, the ShortTrackTrucks.com Challenge Series will be making its way to Springport Motor Speedway for their second visit in 2007. It was an exciting event on June 30th as 20 trucks rolled out onto the speedway for their 50 lap event. They put on a great display of truck racing for the fans and this next one is sure to be just as good.

As an added bonus, get ready for the first ever "East-West Shootout". With about half of the drivers coming from the west and the other half coming from the east, they will be accumulating points throughout the night to determine which side is the toughest. The drivers will be grouped specifically in their heat races to get a somewhat equal east-west battle. Points will be earned by both sides in qualifying and the heat races and will culminate with the feature event.

Springport Motor Speedway is neutral territory with no better place to do battle. The racing itself will be good, but a battle is always better!

It's a big night of racing. In addition to the truck series, the VROA Vintage Modifieds will be back for their sixth visit. And to top it all off, it will be Championship night for our own Pony Stock, Pure Stock, and Sportsman drivers.

Don't miss out on 5 great feature events along with an autograph session on the front stretch during intermission.
