The Wolverine 100 and Great Lakes 100 Awards Summary and Official Results.

Lexington, Michigan (08/21/2007): This is the Awards Summary and Official Results for the Fifth and Sixth Events of the 2007 Season in the ASA Late Model Series Northern Division Presented by GM Performance Parts; The Wolverine 100 at the Dixie (MI) Motor Speedway and the Rained Out Great Lakes 100 at the Owosso (MI) Speedway.

The entire ASALMS team would like to thank Promoters; Mike, Krista, and Hannah Kern, as well as Larry Loynes, Bart Compeau, Sue Sheehan, Janet Smith and the rest of the outstanding management and staff of the Dixie (MI) Motor Speedway in Birch Run, Michigan for the generous hospitality shown to the entire ASALMS contingent of Drivers, Officials, Sponsors, and Teams throughout the entire Wolverine 100 Race Day.

In addition, the ASALMS wishes to express sincere gratitude towards Dave Bigos, Ron Hauser, Rick Irland, Chris Fobbe, Erik and Christina Pavka and the remainder of the Owosso (MI) Speedway staff in Ovid, Michigan for all the efforts made to get the Great Lakes 100 in the record books despite the efforts and eventual succession of Mother Nature, who would force ASALMS and Owosso Officials to eventually cancel both the Great Lakes 100 and the USPRO Cup Series “Sneak Peek” 35.
