The cars and stars of the ASA Late Model Series Northern Division are on the road and heading out to the 0.333 Mile Semi-Banked Paved Oval of the Grundy County (IL) Speedway in Morris, Illinois for the running of the 1st annual Bob Milner Memorial 125 Presented by Bailey’s Carpet One
Joining the ASALMS Northern Division will be the INEX Legends and Bandoleros as well as the Grundy County Speedway VS Illiana Motor Speedway Street Stocks Challenge.

Heading into the Eighth Race of the 2007 season in the ASALMS Northern Division, Charlie Menard has taken over the ASALMS Northern Division Points Lead with just three points events remaining. The Eau Claire, Wisconsin veteran will carry a slim Six (6)-Point lead over Indianapolis, Indiana veteran, Peter Cozzolino (896-890).
Current Rookie of the Year Points Leader, Dave Gentile Jr., who’s home track is Grundy County, trails Cozzolino by just nine markers (890-881). The Top Nine drivers in the overall ASALMS Northern Division Points Standings are separated by just 75 points!
As for the Rookie of the Year points battle, Gentile Jr., holds down a 43-point lead as the Elwood, Illinois driver leads fellow Prairie State freshman, Mike Heiss (881-838) who has a Feature win in weekly Late Models competition at Grundy County!
