One More Fun Event
at Springport Motor Speedway
Thursday, September 27th at 7PM
Anyone and everyone with any type of race car from any track or any racing series whatsoever is invited to come out to Springport Motor Speedway on Thursday, September 27th to find out who is the "most consistent" driver around. Competition begins with the first car rolling out onto the speedway at 7 PM. The pit gates will open at 4PM for practice. Note: At 4PM, this is also a normal Test & Tune day. If you are coming just for practice, stick around and enjoy the fun at 7 PM and by all means, be a participant.

There will be 3 classes of competition:
Class A: Cars running 16.99 and faster
Class B: Cars running 17.00 - 19.99
Class C: Cars running 20.00 and slower
We will run two rounds of competition, so each driver gets two chances at winning. Each round will consist of 4 laps at racing speed. The idea is to drive all 4 laps as consistently as possible. We will keep track of the difference between your fastest lap and your slowest lap in each round. The driver with the smallest difference is the winner.
After each driver has competed in the first round, we will run a second round. Your fastest lap from the best run of the two rounds will determine the class you will be in.
The competition isn't over until the second round has completed.
This competition is for trophies only with the top 3 drivers in each class receiving a trophy.
The main grandstand will be closed. We've got plenty of seating in the pit side bleachers for this event.
Ticket prices: Adults $10, Children 6-12 $5. Drivers $12
For entrance to the pits, all minors 17 and under must either have a parent with them or must call the speedway office to obtain and complete a parental consent form ahead of time. Call (517) 543-5202 for more information.
The concession stand won't be open, so bring your coolers and bring your grills. Let's all get together for one more fun time at Springport Motor Speedway.

Thursday Test & Tune Sessions
and also Private Track Rental
Even though the racing season is over, we are still holding two more Test & Tune sessions on September 20th and September 27th. We will run from 4PM until dark on the 20th and from 4PM until 7 PM on the 27th. Note: A special event will begin at 7 PM on the 27th.
All types of race cars from any track or racing series is welcome to come and test. We get Sprint Cars, Super Late Models, Modifieds, Midgets, Antique Race Cars, and other types of race cars that we normally do not see during our Saturday racing program.
Pit admission is only $12. The main grandstand is closed.
Come on out, let's all get together with our race cars one or two more times and have some fun.
