Andy, I don't have the wrong thread, If Whittemore is going allow tire soak then put it in your rules. I was just letting poeple know if your going to race at Whittemore they allow to use tire soak. Right or wrong every driver should know the rules!!

I agree with you that drivers SHOULD know. As Jeff Parish (Track President) stated in the TIRE SOAK topic that it is LEGAL at WHITTEMORE SPEEDWAY.

Andy, That statement was at the bottom of your post on this thread, and thats what I'am talking about. And NOWHERE in the 2008 rule book for any class does it state soaking tires is ok!! If it is ok it should in the tracks rule book, not just poeple that run at your track regularly should know about it. This goes for any track Dixe, A/C and ect. If someone is going to travel 100 milies everyone should know the rules and be on the same page.

like snover said go with a durometer reading like a 75 or what ever and end it there soak or no soak

ohh yea, we are pretty pumped about the new pay! there are a few guys i know here at ferris state that run street stocks at kzoo and owosso. they said for a possibly 350 bucks, they will drive the 3.5 hours.
