The Wolverine Outlaw Midget Series has released it's 2008 tentative schedule. Our series will be racing at some of the top short tracks in the Midwest. We will be racing two new tracks this year, Angola and Auto City. Along with those top tracks we will be visiting Kalamazoo and Berlin twice along with Angola. There will be single visits to Spartan, Springport and Auto City Speedway. This is only a tentative schedule and other dates are still being considered, especially early in the season. I am very confident an additional date will be added in late May or early June. This only represents WOMS hosted events and does not yet include additional co-sanctioned events that will be added.

June 21 Berlin
July 5 Angola
July 26 Kalamazoo
August 16 Springport
August 29 Spartan
August 31 Angola
September 20 Auto City
September 27 Berlin

I would love to see these guys and gals race at Whittemore again on one of the nights that the mods are there. I am willing to bet that the racing at Spartan will be fantastic for this series. I'm putting that one on my calendar!

Spartan is a really good track for this series, the race they had last year was a pretty good one, I know I enjoyed it. I bet Whittemore would be awesome too, I wish they could get another show there. I'm pretty sure they've been there in the past. These guys really shine on the smaller tracks.

I'd also love to put one of these cars together and go run this series, I had some of the most fun I've ever had driving one of these cars.
