Is there a way to change who is my lists? I thought I would switch out but I guess I can't. Looks like I'm stuck with the 2 A's I have, 4 b's, and 2 c's. Unless there is something I don't know. Or is it because they already qualified that I can't change my roster completely....

you can not change your drivers you have on your list after q. you can change amongst them 8 drivers up till the race starts.

It's getting close to the chase, the standings are tightening up. Who has drivers left and who has used up what they have?
