Just watched the first twenty minutes of this program after the BUSCH race. Is it me or did they drag Jr out of bed at 5:00 am.to do the interview? He didn't seem very enthused about it.

I watched "Shifting Gears" after the Nationwide race on Saturday also, first time I had had a chance to see the program. I had read about it previously. In an interview Jr did along with the Nationwide race it sounded as if the show was his idea and he really wanted to do it. It appeared they did a lot of random filming for the show so I would guess it was done at all different times of the day and with Jr's schedule they probably did have to do some early morning filming.

I thought it was a pretty interesting show. I enjoyed the episode.
