Does anyone know about what it costs to have a 350 bored .030" over? I have a 350 (was supposed to be a 355). It needs to be cleaned up a little, I'm thinking I might has well turn it into a 355 at this point. Anyone have any opinions on this?

If your going to have it rebuilt it will be bored thirty over anyway in most cases. If it is already a 355 it might end up being ileagal as a 360 (if its for your sled.) The cost will vary a great deal on what needs to be replaced and what you replace it with. I would expect to pay no less than a grand for a good refresh for sure. I dont know what you would pay for just a bore and pistons/ rings, but that is the better part of a rebuild.
