How about some rules. If anything goes in the intrest of a good car count lets say so now. No rules or these are the rules to be enforced. Lets pick one so everyone is on that good ol' level playing field. I will not sign up till we have definite rules.

I know Sam would want rules and enforcement since we discussed that many times in the last 20 years.

Dick,, on the form and on the web site there are the rules that they are going to go by.. Not sure I agree with them all,, but at least we know ahead of time.. Looking forward to finally/again meeting you.
