I assume your talking about Owosso, My wife had the same problem as well. She was not happy. Last season at the first race, the toilets werent even turned on yet.

Just for the info , I talked with the new owners and that is the very first thing i was told they are doing so ladies you will be taken care of which is great.

Yes, you can let the guys pee in a bucket, but the womens bathrooms better be decent

Common dude. Let's be honest. The disgusting pigs that we are, give a guy some tall weeds, a tree or a car door to hide behind and we are happy.

Ladies on the other hand want, need and deserve a finer bathroom then the ones us guys use.

Consistancy! Week after week of consistent tech, rulings on track, and pay out! I believe it will happenn too.

I was at the track last night with Rick and Jeff. There were a few of us out there trying to spruce up the place for the supers this weekend, even though they do not take over until next week. Rick replaced some shingles that had been blown off the various roofs, and thanks to Kim(x15), my mom Elaine(kaycorbgm) and Jennie the bathrooms have been thoroughly been cleaned. Just another act to show these guys are serious about reviving the Big O.

Guys we will be on the bathroom detail. As was stated the super show we are not responsible for however we had some young ladies that gave the bathrooms a good sprucing last night and our plan during our first week of ownership is extensive bathroom sprucing!

We have to have a facility where a Mom is comfortable in bringing her family. That involves cleanliness, staff courtesy and a timely show.

We have been meeting every night after we work planning on how to best get this accomplished with the time period we have been given for the remaining portion of this season.

After we have our detail worked out I believe I will start another thread asking for community racer support in this way at our first work bee!

We want to assure we make the best time use of your time when you come to help, we value it very much.

We have so very much to do in a terribly short period of time, but our pledge to our community is gradual improvement every week at Owosso. There will be capital reinvestment into the racing community and the facility.

True, true. Speaking of bad bathrooms. I was just in a pretty decent restaurant not too long ago but the bathrooms were horrible. I was standing there taking a wiz which didn't even have the courtesy half walls next to them and when someone opened the door from the outside I had a CLEAR view of half the dining room standing there with my wang hanging out. Fun, good times.

And they all seen what you had and laughed ? That could be a bad ending to an otherwise good meal my friend........lol

Which reminds me of a hilarious experience I once had at MIS. And this is a true story.

For anyone who has been to MIS in the garage area and worked on team, its common knowledge that most drivers use the same bathroom near the first set of garages rather then go to their haulers or bus. I used this same bathroom because of its close proximity to the media center so it was nothing to be standing next to several of the drivers whizzing away.

I walked over one day to this same bathroom and Dale Sr. was standing at a urinal when I came in. I stepped up to the empty urinal next to me, nodded and said hello to him. He took care of his business, zipped up, said see ya to me and walked out. On the other side of Dale was a track worker. After Dale left, the track worker looked at me and said " Hell, his isn't any bigger then mine ". I nearly whizzed down my leg I was laughing so hard.

Please let Jeff and Rick crawl before they walk and walk before they run. IMSA and USAC are very big bucks for someone who has just taken over a race track on the downside. Give them some time to rebuild.

I think its great to have new owners Clean the bathrooms and bring back some racing Why not 4 car dash like they still do up north Lets not stop on track for nothing period if you broke go to the pits that is far the worst race to watch the turn 2 stop and talk race If its not your nite maybe be next time NO STOPPING
Racing radios for next year they are cheap and easy the line up is twice as fast and great for avoiding crashes Then the tower can line the cars up with out sending to turn 2 All dirt tracks have them Great money and time saver Make it affordable empty seats cost you money Make the rules and no exceptions and in 3 weeks every body will be happy because there sticking to the rules

Cars bring people ,People bring cash I could care less if a track has the lawnmowed if theres great racing

wish list? put the old 1/2 mile dirt track back in with the 1/4 in the middle. if you can't do that, at least fix the back stretch. this track was put in in 1989. i can't believe the back stretch is still the way it is
