The "Lipari Foods 75" SUPERPRO Series race that was rained out July 2 at Spartan Speedway in Mason, Michigan has been rescheduled for Friday, July 18 th. In order to help defray the cost of the return trip, SUPERPRO Director Bill Lackey has announced each team attending the July 18 th. race will receive a fuel card.
"Rain and the high cost of fuel has put us all in a corner," said Lackey. " I know its not much but we will give each team that races with us at Spartan a $25 fuel card to help with their costs. We are also going to push our practice and qualifying back to help those who may have to work on Fridays still get to the track."
Valvoline Instant Change Modifieds, Performance Automotive Northwest Sportsmen, Pure Stocks and Boss Snow Equipment Pony Stocks will also be in action. Spectator gates open at 5 pm with the first race at 7:30 pm. Spartan Speedway is located one mile north of US 127 on Cedar St. at College Rd.
