TODD METZ SR.
Dodge Daytona with a 2.2 motor with a 2.5 head on it.

Automatic transmission, fuel cell, quick release steering wheel, Kirkey seat, 5 point belts still in date for next season, new radiator last week ($81 ).

Was our back up car and has had 5 drivers in it this season. Ran every week but 1. No one needed or ask to drive it that week. Finished every race but one, had a fuseable link go bad. Fixed it and has ran fine since, 4 races.

My friend, 86 year old Art Kimble raced this car most weeks. Art told me tonight that he does not want to race anymore this season.

I do not need this car anymore. Would make someone a good starter or backup car. Possibly an enduro car???

Has gone as fast as 20.2 at Springport with 1.04 gears and Todd Jr. driving it. Most drivers run mid to low 20's in it.

Turns very, very good. Good safe car.

I have a spare 2.2 motor for it if interested.

$850 Cash and you can be racing this weekend.

May consider renting for a night or two.

I can email pictures, if you would like some let me know.

Call me at 517-667-4051 or send me a pm

Not bad. Mostly cosmetic. Some bent pipe and need's some new tin.

Drakes offered to have it straightened and fixed for the feature but the alternator bracked was broke and they did not have the aluminum to weld it up.

I believe we will have it fixed and out to Springport for the powder puff practice this thursday. Got to see what the next few days bring.

I am pleased with how solid this car is. Whoever put the cage and stuff in this car before we got it did a very good job.

Kyle was turning some good laps and was passing cars before getting put into the wall. He did good for being new to the fwd cars.

Patrick,

In a quick recap, in the heat race I started last, and was passing the #94 car for 3rd position, on the high side and got hit in the LR and spun down through the infield. After the field was set, I was put to the rear. I then started last again with him behind me, worked my way back up to 3rd again on the bottom coming off of turn four, about to the flagstand I got drilled in the RR tire and sent into the wall head on.

If you ask me, it was blatently intentional (both times) and it wrecked a racecar that was running strong and coming to the front. It's unfortunate that some people cant stand being passed. In a nutshell, the driver of the #94 was told to leave speedway property, and was gone before I even returned to the pit area off the wrecker - that's how blatent it was.

I've never driven anyone dirty, or ever had such a grudge with anyone at a race track, so I'm a bit baffled as to why someone did this to me intentionally, twice..

It WAS nice to know I have a few fans at Springport! Thanks guys!

Seems like quite a few people are getting thrown out of some local tracks to end the season! Interesting...

PS...

I drove this car Saturday night obviously, and took a pretty hard shot in it head on, and I'm fine. A little sore, but nothing unexpected. The car drives very nice and is pretty fast for what it is. The car would be a GREAT beginner car, as it has had it's fair share of beating and banging, it's a bit rough on the eyes, but nothing that can be fixed, or even beat back out.

that car was cruising in the heat started last and was on it's way to the front. could've been fixed at the track had we brought the tig unit to the track. great run though kyle just a shame it ended the way it did, by the way where did the 94 go after that heat race?

I don't know where he went, that's my last response on that. I have enough respect for everyone. I respect my competitors enough and I'm not going to get into a match on here.

I DO however owe the safety and medical response team a thank you, thankfully I was fine in the accident, but they were there very fast, and very helpful. Had something been wrong with me, they would have been on it in the right amount of time!

Thank you for the offer but I am not sure what I would do with a racing mower.
