The 2006 season at the Kinross Speedpark will officially come to an end just over one week from today when they host their 4th Annual Randy Dewitt Memorial Invitational.

This is the biggest race of the season in Northern Michigan and Northern Ontario and it's expected to draw cars from all across the state!!

With facilities such as the Laird Raceway, Northern Michigan Speedway, Norway Speedway, Onaway Motor Speedway done for the year you can expect many of their cars to make their way to this racer friendly 1/4 mile.

Top pay is as follows:
Late Models ... $1000 to win
Factory Stocks ... $750 to win
Pure Stocks (Bombers, Lead Sleds etc) ... $500 to win
Four Cylinders (Stock) ... $300 to win

How many cars from downstate are planning on coming up to play with their Northern MI foes??

Is there any camping available at or near the racetrack. We are going up from Whittemore with at least 3 cars, alot of people, and not alot of money. Any info would be greatly appreciated. If possible call me at work 8-5 989-345-5624 Thanks, Jeff Heri

Here we go!!
Tonight is the test and tune session and then hotlaps/racing tomorrow.

This should be a great event and if everyone shows up that has called or said they were coming there could be a HUGE field of cars.

Good luck to everyone competing and I look forward to meeting all the out-of-town drivers.

If anyone still is thinking of coming up .. do it! You can't go wrong for your $8.
